Open a case with Sage Intacct’s support team by logging in to the Sage Intacct Community. You should open a support case if you need to:
- Report a Sage Intacct product defect.
- Resolve account or password issues.
- Troubleshoot an issue that requires access to your Sage Intacct environment.
To open a support case:
- Log in to Sage Intacct Community, then click the Support tab.
- Click Log a Case to begin the support case process.
